THE GLASS BOX by Callum Marsh — Let's Talk About It. What happens when CrossFit, history, controversy, and a whole lot of uncomfortable conversations collide? You get The Glass Box. In this video, I'm sharing my thoughts and honest review of Callum Marsh's The Glass Box — a book that was hard to put down, sparked plenty of questions, and left me with more than a few controversial thoughts. Whether you're a longtime CrossFit athlete, a firebreather, a history buff, or someone who's simply fascinated by the evolution of the sport, there's something here to get you thinking. One of the things I appreciated most was how Marsh weaves historical lessons into the story, giving readers a deeper look at the people, events, culture, and ideas that helped shape CrossFit. It's more than just a book about working out. It's a look at the history and culture behind a sport that has become so much bigger than the workouts themselves. But not everything is comfortable, and not every opinion will be popular. Have you read The Glass Box? Drop your thoughts in the comments. Agree, disagree, challenge my opinions — I want to hear it!
