I was glad to see a way to support your work via this platform by way of annual subscription. Your content on YouTube got me interested in the methodology and keeping up with the sport. Now my family of six does CrossFit (in our home gym) and follows the sport together. It’s wholesome, fun, and the athletes are an inspiration for my children to chase their own highest level of genetic potential. Keep giving the people what they want while at the same time giving them what they need.
