Welcome to my channel — where the kicks get reviewed, the opinions get questioned, and we're all just here to get better.
In this episode, I’m sharing my opinions on ALL RAD shoes (minus the skate shoes) from the perspective of a scaled/intermediate CrossFitter. I’m not an elite athlete, professional shoe reviewer, or footwear expert — just a CrossFitter who owns way too many shoes (like probably over 200 pairs).
These are my personal opinions based on my experience and training level. Your WODs and mileage mileage may vary!
