I feel the manager/owner having to run this program would be a huge waste of their time. I’d rather do a monthly prize for those members who show up X number of days each month. Throw the names in a hat and pick one winner.

What about a monthly membership that's $10-20 more, but helps subsidize memberships for people that cannot afford CrossFit? Affilliates are flooded with middle class, white collar workers since they're the only ones that can afford the high membership cost and it feels like it's killing any sort of growth. How are people supposed to fall in love with CrossFit (which they probably would) if A. they cannot afford it and/or B. they're trying to do it in some sketchy planet fitness because $15/mo for an inferior product makes more sense than $150.
